THE GENESIS
Founded in 1999, the exploitation of Antoine and Virginie took off in 2010.
1927 The Juget Brunet family, then a shopkeeper buys a few acres of vines on the Ay Champagne vineyard.
1960 Simone Juget Brunet (wife Baudette) takes over the farm and is quickly supported by his son Michel.
1981 Marie France Dallancourt second her spouse Michel Baudette to continue developing the company until 2008.
1999 Their daughter Virginie and her husband Antoine Lutun create their farm in Epernay to work the vines coming from the marriage of the two families ...
2006 From a completely different profession, Antoine devotes himself entirely to viticulture.
2010 Birth of Champagne Dallancourt. This name is none other than the mother of Virginia and has a special symbolism
because of the certain disappearance of this surname. So we wanted to perpetuate it with the brand and the launch of a new story ...
FROM VINE TO WINE
After the harvest, the vinification is carried out by the Union of Producers of the Great Terroirs of Champagne.
This precious and experienced partner helps to guarantee you a range of quality wines.
Anxious to respect the balance between the vine and its environment,
our desire is to obtain controlled yields by practicing the reasoned fight.
Thus, from the size to the harvest, we protect our plots by a reasoned management of the soil and the vines.
In September, a regular check of the evolution of the grapes allows us to perform a manual harvest at maturity.
Our vineyard is made up of two of the seven grape varieties of Champagne: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is located on the south-east side of the Montagne de Reims and is shared in the communes of Ay, Mareuil sur Ay, Mutigny and Fontaine on Ay.
